Hello , I have the same issue, only offer with cash but not the one with pvp ticket

I have just saw this in the settings , maybe this is where the problem come from , sorry it’s in french, it say that Ubisoft got the right to make personalized offer depending of our activity, but this is ****, I only have offer that I don’t want and miss the one that I would take. And What is this crapy idea, why don’t they just propose the same for everyone, especialy now for the 1 yeah anniversary, I just feel scammed.

I have the same problem. And I have not received the offer of the king's crown, from episode 6 of the series.

Yea I don't think it's because of those settings, and it is really bad considering we must've missed other kind of offers in the past, I only noticed now because of the one year anniversary.

So after 9 hours and we still dont get an answer, thanks redlynx for the great anniversary 'gifts and pvp deals for everyone'. Still no incan craig pvp offer. How is this a thank you to your players if half of us dont get the offers.

Same no PVP ticket offers. Just cash (actual and in-game). I grinded all weekend to get a bunch of tickets for these packs and it looks like I won't get them. Pretty pissed right now.

Edit: And I know Redlynx was aware of this problem with offers because I've seen people mentioning they didn't get the hockey mask and/or crown offers. It's been a problem a while now.
