I just finishen destroying my first 5 phones of the day, but when I clicked to open my pack, my game froze and crashed. When I logged back in, it seems my pack has fallen victim to Satan's warcry and gone up in smoke. Can I assume, the cards and other stuff in there has been added to my collection?

You can indeed assume that. Packs have that fail safe built in, but I'm afraid I can't look into your data and check the contents for PVP packs like I can event packs. Sorry I can't be of more help!
