    Hello UbiSnout!

    Welcome aboard UbiSnout! Seeing as how you’re the new sheriff in the frontier, I wanted to welcome you with a laurel, and hardy handshake. (Bonus points if you get that movie reference!)

    Anyway, I’ve noticed that you like to respond to the easy threads but have steered clear of the tougher ones. That’s no way to start off your term. Whenever we’ve had issues (like the current timer bug), the old sheriff would assure as that everything was going to be OK and then throw some gems at us to shut us up. I hope you’re prepared to carry on this fine tradition! (Also hope you’ve got deep pockets!)

    Howdy everyone!

    First, thank you for the warm welcome and doing a dedicated thread. I appreciate the effort as well as the L&H reference.
    I try to read you guys and help as much as I can.

    I note that being responsive over technical problem is a strong skill around here. I will make sure to address those concerns in the future.
    About the gems... I will see what I have in stock.

    As I'm sure you expect from your role, there's some crass people here. But, some pretty good overall people, who may be critical of the game but in a constructive way. As one of the buggiest games on Android, it's bound to get some flak. But, I still haven't stopped playing near-daily for three years (Sep 2015)

    Thanks Snout! This game is getting a bit long in the tooth but this latest event has pretty good turnout for going on 5 years. Hope you guys have plans to support for a long time. It’s a lot of fun when everything works right. I’m not opposed to spending a few bucks every now and then to support the game but it’s hard to do that when you don’t get much bang for your buck. As an example, the pumpkin hunt timer issue was a real pain. I’ve purchased a fair number of event bundles in the past and I was tempted to purchase this event bundle and get two free hints in each round, but the timer constantly resetting to another 6 hours negated any advantage the bundle could have given me so I chose not to spend the money. Instead I spent precious gems to buy down the timer whenever it goofed up. Please pass this up the food chain over there at Ubi. I’m happy to purchase your product but I need to feel confident that it will work as advertised. Thanks for listening, errr..... I mean reading!

    I the meantime have you tried reaching out for support? You can contact them here, or in the directly within the game. They are handling similar case all the time, I'm sure they will be helpful.

    Hi,

    I (among others, so it would seem), also had the same issue as DMac above... I contacted the support team about the issue (along with another (also unresolved) report about missing daily login rewards for the riders club) & received a link to a page with a list of basic game controls .
    A second attempt resulted in a generic 'try deleting & re-installing the game' type message... Complete waste of time...

    Sorry for moaning.
