@UbiGabbin Yes that's the weird part of my issue is that I am able to play solo with a bot and so are my friends. However, when we try and play with each other it just immediately crashes our games without giving us an error code, the only thing we are able to do is send the crash report it generates which I have done every time.
Removing and re-adding a friend doesn't seem to work. I have had this problem with two of my friends one of witch is a few miles from me and the second is on the other side of the country. I am located in the western US servers. At this point we have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, updating drivers both graphics and internet, disabling windows defender. However for some reason when we launch a training battle we can 1v1. It seems to just be a custom match that crashes us.
Thanks for the additional information MaximumBuss.
If you have them running, can you please try disabling any in-game overlays from software such as Discord, Razer, Steam and Uplay etc.
If that doesn't help it'd be appreciated if you can submit a DxDiag and MSInfo report of your system in a new Support case, and let me know the case number.
Thanks MaximumBuss!
One more thing I'd like to ask to check is any other background processes that may be interfering, steps to perform a Clean Boot can be found here - this will rule out any conflicting software or applications.
If the issue persists while your system is in this Clean Boot mode, please generate another DxDiag and MSInfo and attach it to your case so I can then forward it to our development team for further investigation.
I'm experiencing the same issue. I can play online, I can play custom matches alone, but every time I try to do a custom match with friends it goes to the loading screen then after about 10 seconds I get the "oh no, it crashed" window. I've tried reinstalling and following different troubleshooting guides but none of it has made a difference. Am I missing something?
