Everyone on here needs to keep all the stuff with the Live events in mind the next time these developers launch a game. I for sure will not be buying anything again from these guys. Their business practices are brutal and we as gamers should vote with our wallets next time.

These guys do not listen to community feedback and the whole live event fiasco was not well planned and extremely limited in scope. I was told from the beginning that " don't worry the live event rewards will be added at a later date" and know you guys are just never releasing them again?? completely ridiculous and honestly a spit in the face of your fans. Who do you guys think are still on this forum after all these months??? Your fans.... the people still playing and supporting your game... yet this is how we are treated???

I believe it refers to the "personal" rewards, not the "community" one which would be weapons and vehicles with variations... not outfits.

    "Hello ZalgoSeed,

Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Support.

Thanks to all our players, the last few months have been an amazing ride: discovering the breath-taking scenery of Hope County, fighting cultists, throwing shovels, petting the good boy Boomer. We went to Mars and back.

These past two updates brought the final touches to the Far Cry 5 post-launch with the release of New Game + for players to restart the main campaign keeping their personal progression, and the long-awaited Blood Dragon assets coming to Far Cry Arcade.

As all good things must come to an end, I must regretfully inform you that there will be no further live events to participate within Far Cry 5."

From ubisoft support so no events will back hope rewards come back

Yea but that whole statement is pretty vague...

I didn't read anywhere in there that "Hope you get the community reward each week cause if you miss it then its gone forever"

The only thing i can suggest is anyone that wants the outfits added just keep bothering these guys about it, on here, twitter, facebook. Message specific employees on twitter. I think if enough of us keep hounding these guys ... maybe something will happen.

Its important to remember the we as consumers can hold influence over these companies and if a loud enough voice is heard then that is where change happens.

To be honest I don't even care anymore about marshal outfit. But this money focused tactic only to raise first months sell to ignore later the game with updates and new buyers is very cheap. Fortunately many other game development companies have learned that a happy fan base is essential for further income and success . Back to the topic live events: i own most of the live event rewards and would love to share them with new buyers as we share the same intrests as a community! These execlusivity excuses are a joke. This was my last ubisoft game because of ubisofts mentality unless they change.

this is like showing up to a party late and complaining that all good beer is gone and expecting the host to leave and go get more of the beer you wanted when in actuality it is your own fault for being late

why cannot people accept those rewards are specifically for who participated in events and missing out is consequence of not playing when they were available people

what is truly revolting is that they then call the developer lazy for not giving them the handouts they want

/\ That's a terrible analogy because an actual 'party' is a temporary thing, whereas games are 100% not temporary.

Games are literally played for decades. In 10+ years there will still be people paying for FC5 for the first time but they are denied content because they didn't buy it on day 1.

    Which is utterly ridiculous.

Lol seems you did not get my point. Live event for first day buyers was just an example of the brutal tactic and the pick of the mountain, forget about it for a second. Look at watch dogs for example: best graphics in trailer but when you bought it the graphic was trash. This is just one example of many games like rainbow six, ghost recon etc. As customers we want a minimum of respect and not only be seen as money spenders.
