How to get more pumpkins on the loot wheel? | Forums

Started late on the event so I’m trying to make up some ground. My first pumpkin today gave me another 12 on the wheel. Skipped the timer and the next pumpkin got me 6. Then nothing but 2s for a while, even when I got a good time/platinum.

Is there something I can do to get more 6s/12s on the wheel, or am I just SOL.

I am sure it is totally random, if you get bronze, silver or gold pumpkins. The medal grows the wheel more or less so it is better to have a better time. The only thing you can do is to skip timer, many times..

Dunno if it’s random. Skipped the timer some more and eventually started getting no extra pumpkins available on the loot wheel. 5 in a row now with no extras.

I’m trying to throw gems at this event for the prizes but I’m pretty sure there’s a daily limit or something.

Maybe it’s all in my head but it seems like I get 6 or 12 bonus pumpkins more often when I find the pumpkin in the first or second track I search. If it’s in the fifth, it almost always seems to be 2. But since we don’t know what track it’s in that doesn’t help much, does it?

I think its something like:
- 12 pumpkins once per day
- 6 pumpkins once or twice per day
- 2 pumpkins not sure how many times.

Anyway, something like a limit of pumpkins per day. I think it's not the first time there is such kind of limit.

Ive also stopped getting pumpkins on the loot wheel. Still have about 80 or so to collect for all the map pieces. Really hope this is just a glitch because I doubt I'll get those pieces one at a time without throwing a ton of gems at this. Come on Ubi. Do right by your players and get this sorted.

By the way, In many cases I get the 12 pumpkins (in a tiny sector) at the first spin, and also in many cases I have to respin even up to 4 times (and with a very large sector) to get 2 pumpkins.

New day so I tried again and kept track of what I was getting. For some BS reason as soon as I started up the game today there was already a 6 hr timer in the halloween hunt. Did 7 total hunts so far, here’s what I got...

Found pumpkin on my 2nd track - 1 fault - silver - 12 pumpkins on loot wheel
5th track - 1 fault - gold - 6 pumpkins
1st track - 0 faults - gold - 2 pumpkins
4th track - 2 faults - silver - 2 pumpkins
2nd track - 1 fault - silver - 6 pumpkins
2nd track - 1 fault - gold - 6 pumpkins
2nd track - 1 fault - silver - 2 pumpkins

That’s 140 gems for skipping the timer + a bunch more retrying the loot wheel for a total of 43 pumpkins. Ran outta gas here so I’ll try again in 6 hours. Reaaaaallly wish I started the event sooner haha damn.
