Hello Warriors,

Our team has been investigating the recent reports from players unable to successfully launch For Honor. We appreciate the many players who reached out with their system files, and the team has determined the root cause of these crashes:

If a PC using a CPU with less than four active cores attempts to launch For Honor, then the game will crash on launch with a black screen. This issue is affecting PCs running Dual-Core processors but can happen with Quad-Core processors if one of the cores has been disabled.

We are working on a fix for this issue. We do not have an ETA for the release of the fix at this time, but we aim to have it out as soon as we can. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and would once again like to thank those that sent in system files to our team to help us determine the root cause of the crashes.
