My horse haven kicks me off
My horse haven wont let me on keeps kicking me off everytime I keep uninstalling it and reinstalling it and wont fix how did some other android users fix it

I reached out to the team for Mobile games and they said there was an issue after a recent update that seems to have been resolved. Have you updated your phone and turned it off and back on again? Is the issue that you can't connect or that you can't start the app?
If it's that you can't connect I recommend reaching out for support from our Mobile team on our support page.

This is the same issue I have. I've contacted Support, gone through all the steps they recommended in two links they provided, but the issue still persists. They are supposedly trying to figure out what's wrong and fix it, but I don't know. It's been happening since their lupdate on or around October 30th, so I haven't had access to the game for close to two weeks now, despite having filed a ticket almost immediately after the first attempt to get into the game after the update. :/
