Dearest Support. There's a bug when character's extras (emotes, executions etc) switched to other's character (For example I see Tiandi and he has emotes and executions of Jiang Jun). Due to this bug i accidentally bought Haloween emote PumpkinHead for Jiang instead of Tiandi. Can i get back my steel? Cuz of that bug i wasted 10k for something i didn't want to buy (for that character). Or maybe swith that emote from Jiang to Tiandi?

Hey WaffelWaffen, I'm not aware of this issue I'm afraid.
I'd recommend opening a support ticket so we can investigate this further. Do you have any video evidence you could provide?

Had same problem and considering "Howl at the Moon" is also event exclusive emote, I would like not to wait year to get it on one of my mains.

This bug appeared in Marching Fire, I don't think I've seen it before. You click on character you want, it opens with model of character you chose, but the name on first screen is wrong, and if you pay attention - skills are as well. But considering people sometimes do something fast, you usually just look at the model...

I've checked with our game teams and it's not possible to refund or exchange purchases made with in-game Steel. Apologies for the inconvenience.
