    Is it true that if you make a purchase, as small as $1.99, that you see no ads?!

    I’ve purchased the “The riders club”, but yet I’m still seeing ads. This started just over a year ago after an update.

    Hi JMolesworth, yes any "In-Game" purchase should make the ads disappear. If not try contacting support.

    I found this answer in the FAQ:

    I DID AN IN-APP PURCHASE, BUT DIDN'T GET THE ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
    Sometimes the transaction may fail due to technical issues. In such cases, please use the customer support option in the settings menu to contact our customer support. They will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Hi UbiSnout,

    I contacted UbiSoft Support as you suggested

    They advised me that they’ve contacted RedLynx and that it’ll be resolved through a software update.

    I note that there was a software update today and unfortunately this hasn’t resolved my issue.

    I notified UbiSoft of this issue 2 1/2 months ago and feel that this issue will never be resolved.

    My case number is 07349967.

    I hope that you have a closer connection to RedLynx than UbiSoft Support has, so you can find out what’s happening with this issue.

    Hi UbiSnout,

    I noticed that RedLynx released an update today for Trials Frontier. I was very hopeful that it would rectify my issue. Unfortunately it didn’t. I did reset the app a couple of times after the App Store update as well as the in game update. Unfortunately this didn’t work either.

    If you could keep me updated on the progress please, I’d be most grateful.
