Hey mxjim, please try to connect to Uplay using your original account, as I believe the initial problem has been fixed. But if you're still experiencing issues, please go ahead and submit a ticket with Ubisoft Support and they'll do their best to help you find a solution.

Was wondering if the issues described above and the previous thread consists of this:
Cant use just dance 2019 unlimited even after subscribing already in Australia when connecting on another country. It seems that the unlimited is still activated but the additional 400+ songs dont appear on the screen. Is the unlimited feature only limited to the country to which where we subscribed at? I frequently travel and bring my nintendo switch to different parts of the world.
