I finally see that I am not the only person experiencing this same issue: '..server down.. try again later..'

What is most frustrating is all the steps they want me to take.. this is my holiday family time that they are taking up! I gave up my PS3 (and previous versions of Just Dance) for a switch so I could play Just Dance Unlimited with my kids. Just give me an ETA, admit that you have an error you need to fix on your end and let us move on. Why do I have to figure this out on forums and waste my time troubleshooting?? If they had just told me upfront, I would have patiently waited..

Same problem here
When trying to link with an existing account Just Dance 2019 claims the account doesn't exist.
When trying to create new account Just Dance 2019 claims servers are down.

From what I can see the support stinks... just fix it will you?

Having the same problem, tried every way to login but couldn make it. I paid over 30 dollars only for unlimited and ive got 454 days to play but couldnt even open 1 song!!!!
I dont know what to do

I solved it by registering my account in a different ubisoft game in my switch, the game was South Park stick of truth. I hope this helps

It's my first time ever playing Just Dance. I just got JD2019 3 days ago, mainly so I can access Unlimited.
Wasn't able to create an account with ubisoft through the game like many of you. I then used the browser on my phone to do so. Account is verified and I have been able to log in and out on my phone and pc browser with no problems.
Now whenever I try to login via the game it either tells me there's been an issue or that my account doesn't exist. I have probably tried 50 times. Unplugged the Switch multiple times, made sure I typed everything the correct way, my internet connection on the Switch is perfect...I'm at the end of my patience.
I was happy to find I'm not the only person with these issues, but annoyed to find out that this issue has been going on for more than a couple of days, for most without a solution.
I don't have any other ubisoft game and I'm not willing to buy one just to get this to work...
Can anyone help me? Ubisoft??? My ticket is 07421178.
If I can't access Unlimited, the game is worthless to me because I don't like most of the songs included. Money wasted.
