    Want to send money to fix it !

    i literally thought i was the only one

    I searched everywhere for an answer but theres just blanket searches. literally bought this game a couple days ago and ive had this problem. tried logging into my account on 2017 and it didn't even work. let's get it together ubi. this is literally R6: Siege all over again.

    My first Just Dance and the JDU is not working

    So, like verybody here, I'm having the same problem. Couldn't log in via Switch, then I created and validated my account on the PC. When I try to log on I get an error message: "An error has occurred"

    I'm having the same problem as well!

    Just bought the game two days ago... I created a Ubisoft account online, verified it, but through the Nintendo Switch I either get "this account does not exist" or "Ubisoft's server is unavailable".

    Got the same error. Luckily I stopped at buying the Unlimited service in JD19 in NS, every time got a connection error... Can you log in now?

    Nintendo Switch Just Dance 2019 Unlimited Issues

    Hello All,

    I am having the same issue on our Switch and have put in CASE NUMBER: 07417782. They were not able to help me there. I have verified I can access internet without issue on the Switch but I keep getting the below error when I try to create a new account or try to login with the account I created on my laptop:

    Connection Error

    The Ubisoft server is unavailable at this time. Please try again later.

    Anyone have any suggestions or tips to resolve? I've tried restarting the game and it's been happening for a couple of days now.

    Contacting the support team

    Hi all,

    Having the same issue as everyone here. I see at least 2 posts from the community representatives about contacting the support team. I cannot even click on the link it doesn't lead anywhere. Did anyone get a chance to contact the support team and if so, was it helpful?

    By the way, I already have a setup with static ip, DMZ and all.

    Unable to create/login Ubisoft Account and JD Unlimited

    I bought JD 2019 a couple days ago and started playing just yesterday. Just like everyone else, I'm also unable to create a Ubisoft Account in-game (says the servers are down) and even trying to log in my account (created on a PC from the Ubisoft website) says the account does not exist.

    Mind you, I already purchased the 1-year JD Unlimited subscription from the Nintendo e-Shop so the clock is ticking but I'm unable to even use it

    So yeah... pretty disgusted with all this. And we're all expected to just wait til Ubisoft fixes this

    If anyone from Ubisoft is reading this, my case number is 7422474. Help me (and everyone here) please. Thanks
