I have just purchased Just Dance 19 and 30 days for unlimited but still cannot connect. I can connect on JD17 but not JD19.

I just bought Just Dance 2019 for the Nintendo Switch.

But it turns out, that I supposedly have 1 month of unlimited membership and it comes out when I create the account, it sends me the message
"Network error, Ubisoft servers are not available at the moment, please try later".

Then, I create an account per PC and it enters normal; the most amazing and surprising, is that this new account created from the PC, entered in the Switch and throws the messages:
"That account does not exist"

Please Ubisoft, can you help me with my problem, since I want to enjoy the benefits of Unlimited and apart I want to pay the annual subscription of Unlimited but so it does not work, in vain I would be paying for a service that does not work on the console.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with the Unlimited service.

I would strongly recommend you contact our Support Team so that they can investigate this for you in detail.

Don’t bother with Tech Support. They’re dumb as rocks. They wanted to troubleshoot everything with my network even though I told them that according to their own forums this is a wide spread problem. But I played along and did all that they asked which consisted of setting up DNS on the switch and putting it into a DMZ. After all that I still get the errors. It’s clearly on their end.

I contacted the support and they said that they don`t know what to do, and that i should wait for an update.

I was advised of the same thing. Wait for an update to hopefully fix the issue.

i can't beleive this is a known issue, and the support service told me to forward, ports, switch dns, set up static ip, put the switch on DMZ for the end tell me ha well wait for our devs to fix this. Are you kidding me ... waisting 2 days of my life with this shiet and it is a known issue .... seriously ..

I've the same problem! I just bought it today and I can not access to my ubisoft account.

I've already submitted my case (case no. 07413838) to ubisoft support site, hope it gets fixed soon.

Just bought the game digitally on my Switch yesterday eager to try the JDU, but all I get to try is all kind of errors. = =

I bought Just Dance 2019 on switch, and I cannot log in to the Unlimited Service, It doesn't let me create an account, so I logged in into my pc and created this one, and when I tried it said that my account does not exist, we need some help with this issue because it seems that I'm not the only one! Please fix this Ubisoft!
