Hello SoBeHaLL, thanks for posting and welcome to the forums!
This issue was previously resolved, in most cases players needed to make sure that they had the correct console platform linked to their correct Ubisoft account and also needed to make sure that the console was set up as a Primary console, in the consoles settings.
This can also happen if players has used more than one console username in the past and used more than one Ubisoft Account or email.
If the game is preventing you from logging in, please make a support case and tell us your Ubisoft username and platform username, through one of these private channels so we can confirm if this information is correct -
