This is ridiculous. I cannot believe I bought this game and it does not even fully functional. I have reached out to the support as mentioned several times in the forum but they keep suggesting that I do port forwarding or editing my connection settings. However, the problem is obviously on their end because I have made all the changes they have asked me to already.
Nope, their last tweet said "we are looking into this at the moment. Apologies for the trouble. " (45min ago). However, they ignored my DM from yesterday and don't answer any questions about a possible ETA. It's weekend, so it wouldn't surprise me if they'll fix it on a weekday.
