Ubisoft Support's twitter just responded to another user having the same issue (surprise surprise) about an hour ago with this "Thank you. Yes we are aware of this issue with Just Dance 19 on the switch and are looking into it now. We hope to fix it as soon as we can. Our apologies." nice to see they FINALLY stopped sending people their usual troubleshooting link and telling them to check their routers. Here's to hoping the fix will be soon.

Edit:You can delete the japanese game also you can delete the profile you created so don't worry XD have fun.
I ended up buying the South Park Game , stick of truth and logged into the Ubisoft account from the main menu. Then i loaded up Just Dance 2019 and boom , i logged into the online service and got the free month of just dance unlimited and can play all the songs just fine. I did not try any other method and my NAT type was Type B (connected via wireless). Its just completely fault on Ubisoft and their account servers right now , its on their fault and they are not fessing up to it. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING UBISOFT FROM HERE ON OUT!! Disgusting service for a game all the families want to play over the holiday. Im in New York City if that matters.
