I followed UBISOFT's internet troubleshooting procedures, but it was impossible.
I played more than five songs.
When I try to log in, the Nintendo Switch displays a connection error.
One day after purchasing the game, I still can not play it satisfactorily.
Similar issue... I can login online just fine and verify my credentials and account details, just not through the Switch. When trying to login, I get the message "The Ubisoft Account you have entered does not exist. Please double check the email and password, then try again." When trying to create a new account with the same email, I get the message "The Ubisoft server is unavailable at this time. Please try again later." Since it can't see that my email address already has a Ubisoft account, it appears as though communication to the Ubisoft Server through the Switch is simply broken.
Any timeline on when this will be fixed?
