    Have this problem as well. I submitted a ticket first, then came here and saw just how prevalent the problem was. The reply was a link to that sad FAQ: "Check you internet, its probably your ISP, don't blame us." They are either unaware of this very big problem and thus just bad at their job, or more likely they know and have been playing dumb and have been deflecting. Apparently you have to go several layers in on their Customer Service to get anything remotely resembling acknowledgement of this issue.
