No response or solution to this yet is asinine. People have PAID you money, for both your game and your subscription pass and we can't even use it.

At least give more than a "here's our stupid FAQ on how to unlock JD2019". That isn't an answer, and isn't even related to the issue.

I'm also having the same issue 😑 it's so frustrating. Talked to someone in the support chat and they said they're working on it. I still think it's a little ridiculous though. I was looking forward to playing it with all my favorite old songs. 😑 They should all be included at this point. That way we dont have to have a separated account server for these problems to happen. I've been paying for years for these songs and now paying for a nintendo switch account on top of it. It's an absurd way to get extra money out of people.

Uhh it is both calming and very frustrating to see that I'm not the only one...
I've bought the game on Nintendo Switch yesterday and I guess tried everything possible already. I've created like 6 accounts and none of these work. What the hell Ubisoft...
Is it working for at least someone or no luck for everyone?

Hello, greetings from Chile. First, sorry for my English. Second: I have the same problem, but I have the solution.

Just Dance 2019 have a bug who prevents linking for the first time your Nintendo Switch with the Ubisoft account.

To solve the problem, you need link your Nintendo Switch and your Nintendo Account with Ubisoft Club via another Ubisoft game for the first time (this another Ubisoft game must have connection to Ubisoft Club, like Starkink, or another)

1) Login in your Ubisoft account with another Ubisoft game. Then, close this game

2) Open Just Dance 2019. Access to the Ubisoft Club account with the same credentials from the previous game

3) Once you console was linked via another Ubisoft game, the login system in Just Dance 2019 will be unlocked. You can repeat the login in all your local profiles with the same Ubisoft account to access to Just Dance Unlimited 2019

Thanks for the instructions, but what if you don't have another Ubisoft game at nintendo switch? I don't plan buying another game just to make my account work with Just Dance... I am trying to activate the Unlimited signature, but the game says my account does not exist or, in case I try to create the account from game interface, that it is not able to connect Ubisoft servers... Very frustrating!
