    Black Screen after Steam update

    So yesterday I wanted to play For Honor, as every day, but there was an update on steam and after it, when I launch For Honor I get only a black screen..

    I tried reinstalling whole game, and uplay, some possible fixes on youtube, but nothing worked.

    nope,my for honor is just on uplay,no steam

    I have it on Uplay and on Steam. But I thought, that I will be able to play on weekend, but then this happened..

    Please note that this is a copy of another recent post I made. It has everything I wanted to say, so it seemed silly to rewrite it:

    We are investigating these reports of black screens. At this time I recommend the following steps. Please first disable background applications and then verify your game/files (Uplay or Steam). Please do not enable those applications for the rest of troubleshooting and please try the game in between steps.

    If you have continued issues please perform the remaining steps in our PC crashing FAQ. The final step from that FAQ is to send in your system files. Please make sure background applications are still disabled if you get to that point and send us your files. They will help us to determine the cause of this issue.
