I played some Dominion vs AI today, with matchmaking off, and there were two bots that tried to revive when they shouldn't be able to.
First time, there were two dead enemy bots roughly on the same spot, but close enough that both would be inside revive radius if you would stand next to them.
Enemy nobushi came to them, and started reviving one of them. About half a second later, she started reviving the other one, while still reviving the first one. At first I though that there was another bot behind her that i didn't see, but there were ledges nearby, and I played warlord so I rushed in anyway. Managed to hit her just as she revived the first one, and the revive completion on the second one immediately started dropping as normal. I'm certain there wasn't anyone else there, I didn't lose sight of them at all.
Second time was ever stranger. I was an attacker on overwatch, boosting C. A kensei came to attack me, so i killed him. He was about as far from any zone border as he could be. About 5 seconds after I killed him, someone started to revive him. I was staring at him, saw the revive completion going up, and there was no one there. No one on the radar at all, and the zone wasn't contested (he was way to far from the edge to be revived from outside the zone). As he got revived, zone got contested so I killed him again. Other then probably being revived by someone from the other side of the map, bot was acting normal, both before and after the revive.
I noticed bots didn't do the weird "on and off" revive thing they used to, so I'm guessing there were some changes on that side, which probably led to this bug. Unfortunately, I don't know how to reproduce it.
If you need more info, just ask me, I'll be happy to help.
After over 48 videos of me starring at dead bots, true to my name, I finally caught it on tape.

Note that all bots are accounted for during the revive. Valk is the dead one, Zerker was the one reviving from afar, and if you look closely, you can see that the other two bots were both at C.
I also have another video, but it's one of the first ones i captured. Settings were off, so the quality is terrible...

You can see that for a split second someone tried to revive the bot, and radar shows that everyone else was far away. My guess is bot at B, and he got interrupted by a minion.
Note that it's a probably coincidence that both times were on the same map. It happened on overwatch and sanctuary bridge as well
Not sure if this is important or not, but i though that i should mention it anyway, in case it would help.
I had it happen in breach as well. That was a bit more problematic, since I was a defender, and was making sure the dead attacker stays dead, so they lose tickets. Even though i was literally on top of the bot, there was nothing I could do to stop the revive, since the one reviving him wasn't there.
Another, more important thing, also in breach. I was the attacker this time, and I was fighting the commander. I died, and a bot phantom revived me from afar. None of the defender bots, not the commander actually reacted to it until i got up, but I just escaped them and healed.
Bots reviving bots from afar isn't such a big problem, but they can revive dead players, and in breach where attackers tickets are important, this could be problematic.
Unfortunately, I have no video of it, and both of those matches were with matchmaking off (farming for new weapons). There were other occurrences in other dominion matches as well, and what I could gather from all those times is that it might have something to do with AI. Even before Marching fire they didn't really "know" about reviving, It was more like: Get close to dead character and revive that character.. When a bot was reviving someone, another one would run to him, and try to revive as well. Since marching fire they seem way too focused on a single task, to the point where they would ignore enemies hitting them, and just run to the objective, be it a zone, cauldron, or revive. My guess it that a bot tries to go for a revive, and somewhere on the way gets stuck, or something gets in their way, so they stop. For some reason, they think that they are in revive range and just go for it. It seems like: You were going to the dead character, you stopped, so i guess you are there. Start reviving. Guess they can't detect interaction point on the map unless they are static (like levers or ziplines).
Again, that's just an observation based on what I saw, I'm sure devs will know more then me.
