I enabled 2-Step Verification and I didn't save the recovery codes. I thought that Google Authenticator would be smart enough to sync my accounts. Apparently not since after changing phones I realized I can't login anymore.
I tried to go to "https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/Cases/New?method=email%2Cemail" but no luck submitting anything since when I press "Submit my case" the button does nothing and so does the "Start chat" one.
Can anyone please help me recover access to my account? The forum seems to be the only option to submit any support issue.

The forum is great for some issues, but this issue requires reaching out to Ubisoft Support privately on Facebook, Twitter, or our support portal. Please note there are also recovery codes that are designed to help you temporarily disable the 2FA if you have those.
