Coumter attacker? His only counter attacks are a light attack after parry, it has a stunning property but since all his attacks are crazy slow and telegraphed it's pretty useless.
Or his top heavy unblockable after a light parry, thats ok but on console it's pretty damm hard to pull off, I'm rep 40 with him and I barely pull it off.
Disabler? Nah. Yes he can stop chains with his shove on block but really after shoving there's no guarantee that you can make some damage to your enemy, your follow up light can be dodged and they can counter guard break. The Long Arm? Can't be feinted, it's slow and gets you guardbroken 99% of the times you use it. Even when ganking with your team the Long Arm will just bounce off, just like it bounces of everytime you use it on someone with revenge, meanwhile Tiandi can keep kicking someone who has revenge and send him flying every time.
One of the only things that made a little good was feinting a lot, now with the perks you can't feint twice in a row because you'll loose all your stamina.
Even if you try to focus on just reviving teammates he doesn't even have Speed Revive. He has protected revive but what's the use of being able to absorb a hit while reviving if the revive is so slow.
Also his ability to kill minions has diminished you can't do two zone attacks without getting tired (three if you have body count) and his regular attacks although they look so wide will often kill only one minion.
Seems his only purpose in the game is to pin people to the wall, get your heavy attack and run out stamina just after doing that.
Lawbringer is control. My team uses him to push, pull, throw, shove, and otherwise disrupt the enemy while our DPS engages. Much like the Shugoki. Not all of these heroes are supposed to be in your face fighting, dps machines... if they were, this would be streetfighter... its a team oriented game. When you play on a team, you build your perks around how you play, and your abilities around each other, and you pick your heroes to supplement the style of fight you want to bring.
People in thtis game are too self centered. You all need to be a bit less Call of Duty and bit more team oreinted.
And perks are fine. grow up. So tired of the perk whining... because you cant stack revenge or dps on your gear and force your opponent to do the same so that EVERYONE only builds that way.... the perks were set up for easier balancing, and to stop you players from exploiting your gear to make up for the fact that you weren't as good as you think you are.
Tell me again which hero isn't supposed to be a fighting machine? EVERY hero should be able to hold on his own and NOT always rely on his teammates. And in his current state Lawbringer fails to do so. Shugoki fails to do so.
What you said just reinforced the fact that Lawbringer can't do anything if not with teammates which makes him pretty useless in duels or anything that implies going your own way without help.
And nope, using Lawbringer only for shoving, "throwing", "pulling" is just feeding revenge and everybody knows feeding revenge is not good team strategy.

Also the perks seem like a poor change since they were supposed to bring more customization and synergy but instead they replaced Stamina builds, Damage Builds, Defense Penetration Builds, Chip Damage Builds, Strong Defense Builds, Revenge Builds and a little bit of everything builds for really situational perks. 10 points of health for a kill? A minion deals more damage than that.
And for a game thats turning more and more fast paced Stamina is a must for some heroes. Having low stamina and high stamina costs forces them to play extra defensive thus making the game slower. Replacing builds for perks just seems counter productive.
