Hello, so I haven't bought the new season pass yet but when I click on a new marching fire character it allows me to buy them for 15k even when it says that they're locked?
So what does that mean?

I don't think it really allows you to buy them, or at least surely not to play them.
I don't think it means anything at all.

Those who purchased the Marching Fire expansion received early access to the new heroes on Oct. 16th. Those who did not purchase Marching Fire will have access to those heroes on Oct. 30th through the purchase of in-game steel.

I have another question about the Marching Fire Expansion.
I already own some of the Wu Lin Faction Heroes and I am planning on buying the Expansion.
So, am I going to receive a refund of the steal(in game currency) I already spend on buying them?

Once you spend steel you can't get it back. You are only gaining the Marching Fire Arcade Mode.

I really think arcade mode should be free and Wu lin Fraction should still be a Expansion.
