Same here, and I have two other friends on Xbox with the same issue. Nothing from Ubi on Twitter, so I hit up Ubi support and Xbox support, but they didn't have a solution. I had an important match, so I just re-purchased them. $10. Not cool to have to do that, but I had no choice. Team was counting on me. Hopefully there will be some kind of resolution/refund from Ubi, because this doesn't seem to be an isolated incident. Good thing Y1 was recently discounted...
