I just hit Tier 3 and noticed that all the missions I do for the Exp grind appear to not have reset. Is this a thing when you hit Tier 3? Is there some global cap on how many times you can run each mission for Exp? ....or is this a bug? Getting half exp for missions means this grind just got stupid(er).

I'm not sure if it's per login or per spawn / fast travel, but the XP will continue to halve each time you complete a mission... so your third attempt should yield one quarter of the XP of your first attempt. This is to prevent you from spamming milk run missions.

When you reach a new tier it's supposed to reset, so it's likely a bug.

This is a well known Bug that affects many Players, including myself, at least once during Tier Mode.
Nothing you can do now. As you said, it's just making a stupid Grind even more stupid.

I made tier one earlier this week.
Be sure to take a screen shot of your tier two & progress xp points prior to hitting tier one & also how many prestige points you have prior to tier 1 & after. In case the game doesn’t award you the 3000 prestige points for hitting tier one like myself.
The hotfix to fix this known issue appears not to have worked.
If this happens you’ll need to submit evidence to back your claim with ubi support.

The bug should eventually fix itself after a certain amount of missions. It hit me after I hit a tier and just turned the game off. Sadly I didn't count how many missions it took.

Yup, it’s a bug. Happened to me on Tier 6.

It seems awful, but once you realize that the Tier XP you get from completing a mission is peanuts compared to how much you get simply from killing enemies stealthily (with headshots, preferably), you’ll speed the whole grind up exponentially.

Go to any big Unidad base and just stealth kill everyone, even if it’s via AI Sync Shot. Within a few minutes, you’ll easily break 5000 TXP.

Aye. I always did Base clearing when those endless repeat Missions made me pass out.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Figured it was a bug, but just wanted to check. Guess its time to grind some stealth kills. The helicopter gunship sniping vehicles seems a good way too. Just need to find the right spot i guess.

A good Area for Helicopter Kills is Northern Koani. Just fly along the Roads, stay out of Sight and you'll get a decent Amount of XP.

Another good Area lies between Malca Chapel and the Combat Outpost in the East. Lots of Unidad Patrols around there.
