New Game+ but no cults music in the atmosphere :(

Started New Game+ on Infamous but even though all regions are under the cults occupation, the ambience is of American music and not the wispy, echoing sounds of the cults melody, as it really should be. So this does not feel like a total reset. I loved the atmospheric music of the cults while traveling on occupied regions.

Anyone experienced this too or knows how to reset it?

Music has been the same as usual for me, and I've played through Infamous 3 times so far.

Are you saying that even in a peggie vehicle the music isn't peggie music? Because if you're in a civilian vehicle then you can press ] to change the radio channel to the peggie station.

No mate. You know, when you're for example standing still or walking in quiet places i.e in the forest or at a lake, and the region is under peggie occupation, you'll hear peggie music echoing in the air, as if they are the spiritual owner of this land.

When you liberate the regions, you'll hear American music instead, symbolizing that the regions are free once again.

But now, when starting a New Game+ you'll only hear the American soundtracks as if the regions are already liberated.

The music isn't of nearby outposts or vehicles. It is this strange wispy melody from Hammock's music, echoing through the land. Have you noticed?
