Tomorrow, October 25th, 2018, we will be performing a maintenance on all platforms to activate our latest seasonal event playlist. This maintenance will begin at 12 PM ET / 16 PM UTC and last until 12:45 PM ET / 16:45 PM UTC. There is an expected downtime of about 45 minutes across all platforms! Update: Hello everyone, just wanted to jump in here and let you know that we're currently experiencing a Ubisoft wide issue and will need to delay this maintenance. We'll continue to update as we get more information.

Update 2: This issue is now resolved and we will begin the maintenance. This maintenance is scheduled to last about 45 minutes.

maybe you can also fix the fact that a bunch of us are unable to access the wu lin faction and arcade mode when we purchased the marching fire expansion

It's actually very sad, Ive been messaging UBI since the 19th now my case is escalated but I've gotten back no word since. I contacted them everyday for 3 or 4 days straight till that point. So us preorder folks do we get compensated for the two weeks we couldn't play our content?

It’s ok y’all... I was essentially told to shut up and leave them alone because I’ve been messaging every day because of the fact that I still can’t access the marching fire dlc... funny part is it says “get expansion” it takes me to the store section of the game and it says I already own marching fire .... but can’t get the stuff lmao.
