Effective way to get GE credits

Looks like for me with this GE the most effective way is to farm Amherst's Apartment (about 1700 GE credits per run) on legendary in a group.
With a decent team we were able to do this mission in 9-10 minutes. Plus you always get an exotic from hunter, sometimes classified and a lot of other loot.

I recommend Time Square Power Relay on the last modifier. Run a build with strong survivability - Nomad, Reclaimer etc.

    1. Shoot into open space until your charge bar is half way,
    2. Run up to an NPC and melee kill them
    3. Repeat until mission is done.

Use med kits and recovery link where required. Should be much quicker than Amherst and a lot more fun.

Don't forget about Survival Caches and HVT's. Great ways to earn some extra Credits.

Yes, Times Square can be done quickly. When I remember correctly, you can shock-melee each NPC, apart from the two bosses in the end?

I thought it was just the heavy that you could only hurt by hitting his weak point. I may be wrong.

Yes, I am not sure in case of the sniper lady. In GA legendary, it did not work for the heavy, the hunter and the healer, although it was a bit chaotic and I am not sure. if I hit the healer properly. Normally, I think you can shock-melee all NPCs, apart from hunters and named heavies.

It's possible that the hunters and named heavies just have too large a health pool and they set up the Global Event modifier to just give that melee attack a massive damage output but it's not enough to take those guys out in one hit.

out of curiosity, how much health does the hunter have? They sound so difficult to kill.

The Hunters in legendary missions feels like they have over 10 mil health.
    Just a guess though.

Yesterday I was with a good team and we did Amherst's Apartment runs in 6.5-7 minutes. That was crazy.
We had 3 DPS guys and one tactician with support station, Tactical Scanner and Tactical Link.
We just wiped NPCs from the locations. The hunter was melted just like regular mob.
I don't think such result is achievable in Times Square because the mobs are spread over huge location, you need to carry the fuse etc.
