I downloaded the trial but never actually played it. Ended up building a new PC and the trial was on my Uplay account. This new PC never had the game installed.
Purchased the Ultimate Edition from Humble Bundle, activated it, and then downloaded the game (regular, not trial version), but once installed, it still says that I'm on the trial version. Also, it does not even show me as owning all of the DLC included in the Ultimate Edition...it's a mix of Gold Edition & Ultimate Edition content (missing Year 2 pass but says I own some other stuff. Something is screwy because the Uplay store says I don't own the DLC, but the game overview says I do.
Humble Bundle is one of your approved vendors which is why I bought from them, and they insist that the issue is not on their end and that I contact Ubisoft. I've seen a few threads on here which this exact problem so I'm hoping that someone from Ubisoft can help me resolve this issue asap.

Could you please try to verify your game files and then run Uplay as admin. If that doesn't work, we can try to revoke the trial from your account completely. To do this, you need to create a support ticket here. Let me know if the first suggestion works at all.
