Possible banning from World Video Challenge Servers | JD 2016

Hello guys, (this is my first post ) I've been having an issue with the game: I have a PS4 Pro + PS4 Camera and have been able to play the World Video Challenge without any issue.
Everything's been fine until the last week: now, everytime I tried to play the WVC, I got a "The Ubisoft servers are not available" error message, but I was able to watch JD TV videos without any issue, and my internet connection is not a problem. Also, I can use the online features of JD 2015 and 2018 (can play on the World Dance Floor).

So I decided to try with another account: in that account I entered WVC, and it loaded without any problem.

So, I think that the users may have reported my video challenges without any reason (I just danced and didn't perform any offensive gestures on the videos). What can be done in this case? I'd like to be able to play with my original account (I have progressed a lot on the game, so you understand how painful is to start over).

My User Id on PSN is "botchaso", btw.

Hey OsoBotchaso, reinstall your game then try again. If that doesn't solve your problem, head over to Support and they should be able to help you find a solution!

Yeah I'll do, just contacted them a couple days ago and they told me to set up some things on the router. Already did that, but I'm still unable to join World Video Challenge. Now I'm awaiting for a new response from support.

Well, after contacting support and discarding any connection issues, they keep telling me to contact my ISP and ask them about port forwarding. I can't access World Video Challenge ONLY on my user, but if I play with other users, I can normally access the feature.

Will keep trying to get a solution.

Interesting... I'll be sure to pass this along to the team. Hopefully you can get back to World Video Challenge soon!

Hello and thanks, so the support guys told me that there's no banning system on the game... and I can certify that my internet connection is not a problem. It may be the own PS4 system. But well, I'll continue looking for a solution (I want to give my Unlimited subscription a good use at the WVC).
