    Ubisoft Account Management Error

    When I tried to reach https://account.ubisoft.com/en-US/login I get this error
    I tried vpn,mobile,different browsers (chrome,firefox,edge),enabling cookies,deleting browser cache. What should I do. I have to disable my 2-Step Verification

    Hey SyoneX_TR, it looks like you tried to insert a picture but it didn't go through. What error are you getting?

    Try going to account.ubisoft.com without any added bits. I'm not sure why you are being sent to the en-us website considering you do not live in North America.

    This time I'm redirected to https://account.ubisoft.com/tr-TR/login (my country).But I'm still getting same thing

    Can you try those other steps like using a different browser and trying while not connected to your home internet on that new URL?

    I'm from the same country, and I have the same issue. I have talked with the support, they said they are working on it. But it's been like that for too long. I hope they fix it as soon as possible.

    Same Problem

    I have the same problem in the same country. I tried everything. Talked with Ubisoft Support and they can't fix it. I think everybody has the same problem in our country. I can't play R6 for 2 months. I forgot how to play.

    Is the issue that you cannot access our account page or that you cannot log into any of our services? If it's the former then you can reach out to our Ubisoft Support page privately on Twitter or Facebook, and we can help with any account changes you need after verifying your ownership of the account.

    If it's the latter, then this is something that will need to be investigated and fixed.

    I can login all of your services except account management page. I tried different browser and different connection.
