Does anyone know why my game run in 5-10 fps? My specs are i3 4170 3.7 GHz, 6 Ram 1333 MHz and GTX 1050 2 GB.Till yesterday my game ran very good, all the time in 60 fps on med graphics settings 1920x1080 V-sync off, now If I put all, and I mean ALL of my settings on low, and render scale at 25 I still have 5-10. Even if it's all at med, or low are the same frames. Any idea?

The first thing I'd advise is a Clean Install of the latest GPU drivers for your Graphics Card which can be performed through the steps here.
