For Honor won't load past 0% on the updating screen. I've tried validating files through Steam, trying with my antivirus disabled, allowing it through my firewall, running in admin and a combination of all of them at the same time.

I assume you've left it to run on this screen for a while before closing the game?
If you haven't already, I'd also advise starting with a Clean Boot. This will help to rule out any third party programs that might be conflicting with the game. You can do this through the steps in the guide here.
