I've noticed those are with perks keep trying to distract from the fact that people don't like Perks lol.

An another note, I want to make a point.

Why was movement speed stats removed early on in For Honor, but added back as a perk with a pre-requisite to kill another player? It was determined it didn't fit the game as a base stat boost, why put it in here as something more akin to a freakin' feat?! That absolutely boggles my mind lmao. It wasn't good as a base stat then, but now that you have to kill another player to only temporarily gain it is good now. That makes absolutely no sense, and shows how much they didn't think through the whole system.

I'm not sure why they added a speed perk either, it can only give you 10% max speed too and that's after you hit your fourth renown level in match, I'm not sure I would even notice it if I used it.

With LB, everytime I see a gear piece with Feline, it gets trashed right away.

I trashed For Honor right away lmao, no way I'm gonna support this Perk system decision. I'll boycott it until the game either dies or they bring Stats back in some way. Perks themselves are just terrible boosts that don't even feel like they fit in the game. As you said, you wouldn't even notice if it was on lol.

At least an extra stamina stat allowed to finish LB's combos.

If the perk system was in place at the games launch i would never have played for this long. Now im just put off playing any more after losing all the effort i put in to my builds and juggling points for new perks that dont fit my play style.

    "Perks"

You know why we are all here, really the perk system completely broke the game. Worst decision ever, the game was in a better condition before ded-servers, even when i got kicked out of all matches. Bring back old stat system to save the game. Plus perks dont fit the characters they are assigned to, good try go back to stats.

We love For Honor Ubi, please don't keep Perks in the game. I think we voiced that pretty well.

Personally I don't care if they go back to using the stat system or use the new perk system. I find the new perk system easier to understand but I also liked to be able to better customize my items for the style of build on stats. So either way is fine with me.

So here is my suggestion on the whole matter. We hold a vote. If it's viable and won't crash the whole system: On election day when you log into game (coming up once on the first time you log into game for say a week, for people who can't log in on that day and mainly play on weekends) a box with three choices appears.

Choice 1: Go back to the old stat system.

Choice 2: Stay with the current Perk system.

Choice 3: I really don't care which one and leave it up to the devs and just let me play my game.

The reason why I said to hold it on election day is because it will have given people like a month to make an informed decision on the issue. Where as the e-mail survey was after only one or two weekends of play which you didn't really have enough time to make an informed decision. I think doing it as you log into game would be better to truly poll your current players but if that is not feasible then send out a mass e-mail which is probably something that is already being done.

But also everyone should realize this much like a new person taking office it is going to take time to make changes and if the old system wins it may not be implemented for a couple of months and probably won't be instantaneous. Also people should understand that in order to do this will probably mean that they are gonna have to pull people off working on new stuff and it will be delayed due to them having to work on this.

I also have to say that I am in no way affiliated or work for Ubi Soft or For Honor. I'm just a gamer who likes this game and is currently playing this title. If they wanted to send me an application I'd fill it out in a heart beat.

These are my suggestions take them or leave them it makes no difference to me. Like I said in the top of this post I really don't care what system they use. If I like a game I play it if I don't like a game I go choose another one to play. For Honor has some unique qualities that I like and really hope they don't start changing these aspects to make another carbon copy fighting game.

    Have Fun

The new perk system is much better and has a lot of potential.

The old stat system was boring, limited and had no variation, whatsoever. You didn't have to choose between a revenge, stamina or balanced build because you could just equip all three at once. The current perks might be kind of weak, but the system itself it solid. They can always buff the current perks and add new ones (for example stamina perks for you lawbros). The fact that Lawbringer can't do a full combo anymore due to stamina limitations doesn't mean the new system is flawed, it just means the character sucks.

Nope, he is just being realistic. You could stack stamina + revenge since it was not on the same pieces.
