For the moment if you haven't already please make a case through the Support Site here. In this please include a Proof of Purchase as this will help us to look into this. For the proof of purchase this can be from the purchase History on your Xbox or Xbox.com.

Reddit and Twitter are lighting up with people like us too now I don't think ubi know what's happened that's why it's taking so long the compensation involved is gonna be mad for them if they don't sort it out soon I'm getting to that point where I may just ask for a refund on the game and all the steel I've purchased at this rate.
