You have been removed from the match due to low FPS

Since the last patch (yes, I own the expansion!) often I get the error message "You have been removed from the match due to low FPS".

I already have 40 hours spent in the game and the game worked fine. This issue appeared after the expansion and usually only during "Dominion" when I try to conquer the middle zone which has a lot of soldiers (therefore less FPS I guess). Therefore I have already lowered the graphic details.
I copy and paste part of my DXdiag.

Make sure you're playing in Fullscreen Mode and that the V-sync option is either Disabled or on Triple Buffering. My game would set V-sync to "Adaptive" by default and that would **** up my game hard.

Also consider upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 8.1

P.S. I know im giving you just basic troubleshooting solutions but maybe you forgot to check these:
    1. In Nvidia Control Panel set your Nvidia card as Preferred in Global settings and chose "Prefer Maximum PERFORMANCE" on Power Management.

    2. In the GeForce Experience program go to the settings button on the top right corner and DISABLE Battery Boost.
