I got 100k Steel from a Twitch drop from last week's stream. I see it on my Twitch account but i did not get it in-game. I did not know where to post. The moderator on Twitch is responding to literally everyone even having a laugh with people that are just trolling but he is not responding to me even when i simply asked "Where do i post to get help for my issue?"

It's funny how the mods evade my question here as well. I posted a ticked in Customer Support. Before it would always take them a few hours to respond. This time it has been almost a day and there's nothing...
I saw 2 other people in Twitch asking the same question. And they also said they'd been ignored. Like not even an acknowledgement that their complaints are heard.
