I want to get the new lawbringer armor set so i opened 10 or more premium crates.. 5 of them have identical results... kinda bummer cuz its just a waste of steel

Joke's on you. They'll probably revert/rework the system (not the crates, but the fact that they literally took all of our gear away and gave utter garbage in return) to make it fair, and I fear that people like you won't be recompensed for choices like this.
If they don't, I'm appealing to customer right protection organizations.
I suggest not playing this game right now, but if you have to, don't spend any crates or steel on gear.
