I preordered Marching Fire and don't have access to them or arcade as well. Along with that fact all the original DLC heroes are locked again as well. Highlander, Cent, Glad, Shaman, Aramusha, and Shinobi are all locked again. It says purchase the year 1 pack but when I go there it already says purchased. Seriously what's going on Ubisoft? I lost my main because of this and that's really upsetting.

I am having similar problems butt on the ps4 I have the marching fire dlc bought back in august and im still waiting to even play with one of the Wulin warriors ints unbelievable.
does anybody now when its fixed ?
