    Forbidden Windows Kernel Modification

    Hi guys,

I'm running the insider fast ring.

    Windows 10 Version 1809 (OS Build 18252.1000)

    Is it really forbidden?

Don't you dare tell me to roll back.

"This violation is triggered if e.g. the Windows Kernel Patch Protection has been disabled or a forbidden modification is found in the Windows Kernel. This error is a strong indicator of a rootkit virus infection and we recommend running a full system anti-virus scan or re-installing Windows." <- Ubi Support.

I rolled back to Version 1803 Build 17134.286 and I make it passed EasyAntiCheat.

Pretty pissed off that support told me my system is compromised rather than admitting they're a version behind on EasyAntiCheat.

I think rather than being behind with the anti cheat it is more that you are ahead with the OS.

The games a made to run on the versions of windows that are released or close to release, if your on a beta version of windows it is most likely the reason behind this.
I wouldn't say it was forbidden just not compatible.

That's a reasonable response, but EAC support claims that they do support the insiders' fast ring with their latest releases.
