Let me just start this off by saying that I really dislike PVP. I know that for honor is by and large a PVP game, but i think its great that they started allowing us to play it PVE against bots with rewards a few seasons ago. That being said, there seems to be no way to actually change the levels of your bots except by playing the PVP, and it can get rather boring only playing against level 1 bots and nothing else. If we could have some kind of difficulty slider, or making the bots random difficulty, or just getting harder as you get higher level, that would be amazing. It seems like a relatively easy fix, and with the number of people that also enjoy the PVE it seems strange to not have included it as a feature by now. Please add this in, we'd all really like it!

While I don't disagree with you nor dismiss your suggestion, I'd advise to just play some PvP and get those bot levels up.

Still, I've seen this request before, and think it'd be a welcome change by the PvE-only players.

Yea I have high mmr, so every PvAi game I play now all are lvl 3.

They are somewhat hard to beat trying to learn the new Heroes but I don't mind. Now that gear stats are gone, and perks don't do much, grinding is mostly for cosmetics now.

I am on the opposite end of this problem. I played some pvp and kicked butt and now my bots are so ridiculously powerful it makes me want to punch my monitor.

PLEASE give us an option for BOT difficulty! This freakin sucks!

Came back for Marching Fire and was dissapointed but not surprised that this is still the same. Its a flawed and bizzare system that ties your PvE experience to PvP performance. I have only level 1 bots too and I have no interest in playing PvP simply so I can get the PvE experience I want. At the very least the game should watch your PvE performance and tailor the bots to that. Although ideally options would be better.

TBH i dont ever play pvp, i was facing off aginst lvl 2 sometimes and mostly lvl 3 bots, then i did 2 rand duels, lost hilariously fast, and still going aginst mostly lvl 3 bots, dont think its pvp related

It's been confirmed to be determined by your matchmaking rating I'm fairly sure, perhaps your two losses were not enough to decrease your MM rating and change the bots. Also remember that you have seperate ratings for duel/brawl and 4v4 modes.

Whatever way it works its utterly byzantine and doesnt work for PvE players. I used to get level1-2 bots in duel and brawl and level 2 bots in 4v4 but since one of the updates I get nothing but level 1s in all modes. I've considred trying some pvp to improve the bots but the chances of me catching up with the meta and the various reworks and changes since I last played pvp at release and actually doing well enough to improve my rating is laughable.

So, with me being somewhat accidentally back to the Forums, I can say the bot lvl increased too for me. Weirdly thoygh, as in duel I only got lvl 2 bots though I am somewhere higher Platin, but Dominion and breach, something I did not play too much, it's lvl 3. Not complaining, I can handle those even when those bots make the games slightly longer, but I still wonder why it changed kinda weirdly.

Bot levels seem to scale differently as per different game modes, so your dominion bots will be different than your duel bots, its really strange and not a great system

Does the bots have been updated since marching fire ???
