I said this at the beginning when they announced the transition to this. They really should of let us choose the perks we wanted for each gear piece we already invested in, rather than giving us random perks we don't want.
Yea you don't even need 180 to get the perks you want, you can get lucky and find rare gear. Which makes leveling up heroes easier. So now people can't complain about gear stats being the reason why they died since most of the perks are activated more and after a kill and needs a certain amount of points. So when you are fighting someone both players are "naked",
With seven perks per character class, the chance of getting exactly the piece of gear you want is just 2% and you need to hit that 2% six times for every piece of gear on a character for every character you play. It's simply ridiculous.
(7 perks, first perk you want is 1/7 chance, second perk on a gear is 1/6. (1/7)*(1/6)= 0,02 = 2%)
