LOVE the near armor for Peacekeeper (my main)--especially the ones where you can see her face.
Absolutely HATE!!!!! that when you're customizing the characters (why did you call them "heroes" and not "warriors"? or something similar? pet peeve.) their mouths move like they're talking to themselves. They look like f---in' Rain Man. Stop it. Please. I beg you! It's the worst part of the expansion.
Also hate a lot of the UI changes. The warriors arranged in little clumps? Was better the other way. At least the different classes were (mostly) grouped together, rather than the different factions.
And the way the gear stats are revealed is not just confusing, but difficult to discern whether any one piece is better or worse than the one that is already equipped. or HOW MUCH worse... You used to be able to tell at a glance.

Not a fan of the perks system. Much preferred the incremental bonuses applied in the old system rather than this on/off crap we have now. I like to customise for looks and when I get a piece of gear that looks nice I can't use it because it deactivates my perk(s) if I equip it. I know I can change appearance but that costs steel and salvage. At least with the old system I would still have got some benefit from the gear, rather than nothing at all.
Still, I doubt very much they're going to roll the perks system back so we're stuck with it. It sucks, but that's ****ing that I guess.
