Deflect of Nuxia still blockable (with and without static guard)

Can be tested via Training-Mode - set AI to Custom -> select simple "Light/Heavy Atk" and "Block".
It works on characters with Static Guard or Reflex Guard.

This is btw. known for quite some time and should be fixed right now.
Hope next patch will solve that. ;(

    Edit: 2018-10-18

Yes, thats correct. That's another indicator that something weired is going on with here. Some values have to be really off in her moveset... or, from the other point of view: something isn't right with other characters block behavior.
But I don't think that's the issue, I feel like a few "under-the-hood"-values of Nuxia's moveset are off and need a tweak.

I really really would appreciate a short response from a mod that this is getting looked into by devs.

I think it's intended, like Orochi's heavy deflect. I mean, 45 damage is a lot for guaranteed damage.

    I highly doubt that.

    1. We talking here about deflect mechanic. It's purpose is to answer an attack by an risky maneuver to get an attack in and turn momentum.
    2. All assassins have one guaranteed deflect (remember, e.g. gladiators deflect was also bugged as he went live, it was dodgeable).
    3. Orochi's Hurrican Blast is the one and only exception to them all, because of it's higher damage compared to Wind Gust - but even this move can be soft feinted into an guaranteed follow-up attack - especially this is not the case for Nuxia, so that's my main reason to highly question the way how Nuxias deflect is working right now .
    4. Btw. > Wind Gust is 35 damage, Hurrican Blast is 50 damage ... and Nuxia's Echo Strike is 40 damage - I'm not going here any further...

Another thing is. If the deflect gets blocked, right in that moment, there is no block indicator visible.

Pk has the worst deflect. Can be interrupted by a light from nuxia, taidi, shaolin, orochi, aramusha. And I'm not even counting all the players with HA. Don't cry, boy.

Pk is the weakest assassin without question, but her deflect always guarantees a riposte light. Nuxia's doesnt have the unblockable property, I don't know why. Deflects are dangerous and are countered by hyperarmor, they should always yield guaranteed damage. I think they should also break chains, they give a free guarbreak on read.

She is the only one though that can change the attacking direction of the deflect attack after initiating the deflect. So either use it against moves with high recovery or try to find an opening. doesn't it also count as a combo starter?

edit: I have to correct myself. Not after the deflect you can change the direction of the attack but the attack comes out from the direction where you had your guard before. Meaning Nuxia's deflect works best as a defending substition (concentration to block one side then use deflect for another and get the damage in) if you however have your guard switched to the direction the attack comes from you get blocked.
