All content is installed, my friend and I game share, his content is working and mine is not? I also don’t have access to the Year 1 Heroes anymore even though i’ve leveled several of them up

Couldn't play the content I paid the whole evening... And Did a Breach game (29 mins!) with my friends (PvAI) and didn't receive any steel or xp with my Nobushi when my friends received 1100 xp and 82 steel.
