I just updated my xbox one for honor for the Marching Fire season and when i loaded up the game it has my season pass heros are blacked out and says i need to purchase year one heros. But when i click "A" to go to the store, the store says i already own the season pass. So there is no way for me to unlock these characters unless i wanted to pay again for them. I also have the Marching fire dlc but again the game says i dont own it. I either want a refund for the entire game/DLC or to have what i purchased accessible to play this game im now starting to hate.
