    About Account Management

    After i log in to my account whenever i click Account Management or something releated to my account settings (like 2FA) it redirects me to an error page in the screenshot

    i tried from another browser, from my phone, tried in incognito mode, cleared all cookies and search whatevers it redirects me to that error page and i cannot change my password or eneable 2FA

    When i click Account Management, in the url bar it is https://account.ubisoft.com/en-US/overview
    then after a very short time it changes to https://account.ubisoft.com/en-US/login

    when i click a link send by ubisoft to change my password url in the bar is https://account.ubisoft.com/en-US/security-settings
    then after a very short time it changes to https://account.ubisoft.com/en-US/login

    when i click a link again send by ubisoft for 2FA (this link and above links are in the same email) url in the bar is https://account.ubisoft.com/en-US/security-settings
    then after a very short time it changes to https://account.ubisoft.com/en-US/login

    when i click "secure your account" button in R6 it directs me to https://account.ubisoft.com/security-settings-start-2fa
    then after a very shor time it changes to https://account.ubisoft.com/tr-TR/se...t-activate-2fa and after a very short time it changes to https://account.ubisoft.com/tr-TR/login

    by the way i am already loged in to my account both in ubisoft site and uplay

    and like i said above i tried to do it on another browser, in my phone

    It sounds like there is an issue with the system keeping you logged in. So if you log out on our accounts page and then log in again how long does it take before it asks you to log in again?

    i didnt understand the question completly but when i log out i can easly log back in pretty quick. But after i log in when i click account management page is loading to that error page in the screenshot about 1-1,5 sec. I assume that is normal because i dont have fastest internet in the world

    okey i did try to do it from firefox past days but got same error page as well but when i tried again today from firefox i can reach the account management page now: Thanks for the helps have a nice day. Now I am going to try 2FA my account
