Getting banned from South Park for INAPPROPRIATE behavior..LMAO | Forums

Can somebody explain to me how I was banned for inappropriate behavior from a forum and game dedicated to quite possibly the most inappropriate television show ever created? The game itself is littered with F words. This isnt the Sesame street forum. This is the SOUTH PARK forum. You cant ban someone from this for "INAPPROPRIATE" behavior without being insanely hypocritical. Would calling everyone pansies have been acceptable? Please, help me learn the backwards hypocrisy that is this forum. I really want to know and follow accordingly.

I'm not sure why you think you were banned, as you can post and I can see it. If you were banned, you wouldn't be able to be here at all.

Having said that, yes, our forum and game do have rules that need to be followed. Everyone here does need to be respectful and that means no hurling mud towards each other. South Park may be the driving force behind our game, but I think we can all agree that not everything that happens in South Park would fly in the real world. :P

I was banned. It was lifted yesterday. The fact that theres censorship here and zero percent censorship in the game is hypocrisy, plain and simple.

There isn't censorship on either platform, but there are rules to follow as to what you can do or say. As far as I know they are the same on both the game and here. If you have a question about something in particular then please feel free to PM me, as we don't discuss individual bans in public.

The game is very different then here btw. Curse words flying. Offensive names. This board is treated like sesame street comparatively.

South Park is also a satire comedy rated for adults with clear maturity ratings and disclaimers. THIS is a public forum that anyone who happens to be using the internet can get on to, and there should be some level of civility here. It's quite clear that a lot of what happens on South Park, in game and on the show, shouldn't be emulated in real life.

Also, let's be real..who else is in this forum besides people who play the actual game? People who are fully aware of what South Park is and what it brings to the table. The game is rated M17+ on the Google Play Store, but that's irrelevant anyways, since the rules of the Ubisoft forums also includes this forum, since it is also a part of the Ubisoft forums, and there are rules in place to try to keep people civil, it's not hard to follow them.
